Ingredients
16 Carrots, peeled
1 tbsp. Stater Bros. Light Brown Sugar
3 tbsp. Full Circle Market Organic Maple Syrup
Fresh Thyme
Full Circle Market Organic Black Pepper, to taste
Food Club Salt, to taste
3 tbsp. Stater Bros. Salted Butter
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Wash, peel the carrots, and trim the ends off the carrots. If carrots are large, cut in half lengthwise. Place the carrots in a large roasting pan or dish.
3. To a small bowl, add brown sugar, maple syrup, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix to combine.
4. Pour the maple glaze mixture over the carrots in the baking dish. Toss to combine thoroughly.
5. Next, slice the butter into thin slices and place on top of the carrots.
6. Roast for 40 to 45 minutes, tossing halfway through, until the carrots are fork tender.
7. Remove the carrots from the oven. Toss one last time and add salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh thyme to serve.
