Tired of dry blland chicken? I’ve got a keto recipe that’s juicy, cheesy, and super easy. Let’s get cooking. We’re making keto spinach and fetter stuffed chicken. Fancy name, but totally simple. Start with a chicken breast and carefully slice a pocket in the side. Don’t cut all the way through. Now, mix up some chopped spinach and crumbled feta cheese. Stuff as much of that cheesy goodness as you can into the chicken pocket. Brush the outside with olive oil. Then, sprinkle on garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pop it in the oven at 180Β° C, about 350Β° F, for 20 to 25 minutes. That’s it. You’ll get about 40 g of protein and only five carbs per serving. Meal prep just got a major glow up.
