Decided to treat myself to a) the best locally available ingredients to make b) my personal favourite items cooked breakfast.

Usual attempts involve compromise items that whole family like. Today went with I prefer.

Local sausages, fancy local eggs (poached) & griddled sourdough (from the danish bakery round the corner) and red onion. Home made potato rösti. Bury black pudding, supermarket tomatoes mushroom & (at risk of rage baiting) butter fried spinach.

Might not be to everyones tastes, but this is my perfect fry up, despite the eggs still not quite being perfect.
