They do look striking! I’ve never grown these, but whn I wind up with radishes that are too hot, I roast them like I would beets or turnips and it seems to tame them down.

Yeah, I grew these once…never again. 🙂 Way too pungent for us, even when pickled or tossed with oil & roasted.
