Growing up, my mom and my non-na would often make pasta fajoli, which translates to pasta and beans. It’s a classic Italian dish that’s both comforting and nourishing. Packed with fiber richch beans, vegetables, and herbs, it’s a budget friendly option that always hits the spot. It’s great for an easy weekn night dinner or pregame pasta. Give it a guard.

This Is definetly NOT the classic Italian pasta e fagioli ! My mother would have a fit to know your use canned beans and not even the right ones to boot! Plus other ingredients that shouldn't be there. Pasta e fagioli in Italy Is quite another thing!
Looks awful compared to the orignale .
