⁠Seriously the easiest recipe ever

1 lb Italian sausage
1 box vegetable broth
1-2 cans diced tomatoes (basil, garlic, & oregano style)
1-2 blocks cream cheese (depending how thick you want it)
1 bag frozen four cheese tortellini
Generous amount of baby spinach

  • Brown the sausage in a big pot then set aside
  • In the pot you just used pour in vegetable broth, diced tomatoes, and then add cream cheese. Simmer until the cream cheese is melted
  • Add in frozen cheese tortellini & spinach and bring to a boil
  • Add the meat back in, then reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked
