I don’t get what’s so hard about cutting chives?


It's not that hard. Just pay attention and focus. Took me less than an hour to get this result. All I had to do was start my computer, open Blender, create a new project, model a perfectly cut piece of chive, multiply it a couple of times, adjust various parameters so it looks more organic, simulate a pile of them and viola: perfectly cut chives.

    I knew something was off by looking at this. There’s no way a human could cut this perfectly that many times. There’s no account for human variability in this. Plus, there’s no variability in chive color.

    hahaha thank you for your caption. My instinct was “this is TOO uniform, smacks of AI” then I got all paranoid that it might just be a sharp knife and a skilled hand. Our uncanny valley shit is going to be tough for AI to crack, thank fuck.
