Since my last post my talented wife made this custom ceramic holder for baby bottles. Works like a charm. Oh and she also made the baby that goes with it.

Thank you for your picture post to r/sousvide. We want to remind everyone of Rule #5. Posts should be accompanied by something to foster discussion. A comment, a question, etc is encouraged.
If you’ve posted a picture of something you’ve prepared, please explain why in a comment so people can have some sort of conversation. Simply dropping a picture of food in the sub isn’t really fostering any discussion which is what we’re all aiming for.
Posts that are a picture with no discussion can and will be removed by the mods.
Thank you!!

Seriously, there are so many good uses for sous vide beyond just making a Sir Charles.
(Although admittedly, that’s probably my favorite use and was what got me into sous viding food 15 years ago.)

Do you not own a microwave? We got a pretty good hang on how long we have to set it to get the milk to perfect temp very quickly.
All arguments I have heard against using microwaves yet are nonsense. Like “heatspots”. It is a fluid. Stir it and all unequal distribution is gone. Test it on your wrist for temp.
