What do you think of my bacon grilled cheese with homemade tomato soup?

    Tomato soup looks perfect. A more ever temperature on the grilled cheese would’ve helped the grilled cheese. 7/10 cheers

  3. Looks pretty good. You need a little work on your griddle game. Next time, set your pan on somewhere between med-med high and let it heat for at least 5 min. Until you can feel the heat on your hand an inch up. Then throw your sandwich on. It’s should immediately make that sound a good hot pan makes when fat hits it. Check after 3 minutes for the golden brown. Keep checking if it’s not there. When it’s where you want it, flip & cover. Go for another two & you’re golden.

    That grilled cheese is thick enough to hold its own but not so over the top it feels like you need a forklift to eat it. Also, the soup looks homemade, not like the stuff that comes out of a can, which makes a big difference.
