    Looks really good, but i’m really questioning the direction of the pasta. It bothers me immensely. Never thought to add sharp cheddar, how is it?

    I always encourage different variations or recipes. Adding cheddar could be good, who knows (well you do I guess).

    But I’d recommend avoiding jarred premade sauce. Just get canned whole or crushed tomatoes and continue using garlic and onions to build the sauce.
