It’s literally two bags of shirataki noodles (40 calories), about one serving of RealGood chicken tenders air fried (120 calories) and whatever low or reduced sugar sauce you like. I used 120g of G Hughes Sweet chili sauce (20 calories).
It’s not fancy and not always “cheap” depending on what you pay for the noodles, but it is very satisfying and filling for those days when you just want to eat a ton but stay in your goals!

    and pssst… super secret immediate fancification tip… parsley flakes. go ahead and spend about 5 seconds just reallyyy sprinkling it on. makes any meal feel fancy especially the more plain colored ones 🤣

    What brand is this? I usually stick to the angel hair versions, as I’ve gotten the “fettuccine” version before but found them to be too thick and chewy. These look much less…bouncy.
