Made Sabayon for the first time. The whole double boiler thing was a handful, just glad I didn’t end up with scrambled eggs as a sauce lol

    I’ve never thought of Sabayon as a savory sauce because everytime I’ve come across it; it has been used in desserts. But now that I think of it the base isn’t much different than like, bernaise. Sauces have always been my weakness; I need to step my shit up.
