Don’t blink because I’m about to show you the secret to make the best chili you’ve ever had. Add some oil to your Dutch pot. Then add bell peppers, onion. Fry that for a few seconds. Go in with some garlic. Allow it to fry as well. Add your ground beef. Discard that nasty water. Add all the seasoning in. And then go in with some tomato paste. Make sure you fry that. Mhm. Mhm. And then go in with some diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and also some beef broth. Then go in with your kidney beans. Give it a stir. Cover it. Allow it to simmer on low for about an hour.   6. You should almost never discard any liquid that sweats during cooking. Cook your veggies longer to get rid of excess water sure. But meat juices add more flavor to any recipe

  7. I'd just drain the kidney beans water, I usually rinse them then add them as it holds not so good stuff

  8. I haven't made Chilli in a long time. I brought a Ninja slow cooker, and just might make this, all I need is the red beans and 2 cans of hunts dice tomatoes and chilli seasoning, ๐ŸŒถ. got a pack of tur meat in the freezer, and jiffy cornbread mix, I don't know now many times I tried making it from scratch. I gave up.
