You know when Granny said food was the way to his heart? I’m pretty sure she was talking about this chicken Alfredo. First, I started off by giving my peppers and onions and spaghetti squash a good rinse. I thinly sliced the peppers and onions, trying to keep everything the same size. It’s the key to a even bite and better looking food. Once those were prepared, I lightly seasoned them and moved on to my chicken. Now, it’s a preference, but I washed and trimmed the fat off of my chicken. And I used thighs. I seasoned them with McCormick’s Perfect Pinch rotisserie seasoning, garlic and onion powder, and Kendall’s buttery steakhouse. I melted a half stick of garlic and herb butter, added to my chicken, and gave it a good mix. I allowed my broccoli to thaw on the counter as I was preparing everything else. Into a skillet, I add another stick of butter, half of the broccoli, and my veggies, which I previously seasoned. I cooked those down until they were tender and began to sear the chicken. I removed it from the skillet and placed it on a baking sheet with the remaining peppers and broccoli. I placed in the oven on 360 for about 10 to 12 minutes just to get a little more color on it. Then I used the juices from my chicken as my stock to boil the noodles. Adding a little water to stretch it out because KY Gold butter is expensive enough and I wasn’t wasting anything. And the way those noodles tasted when I drained them, I’ll be doing that more often. Last was the Alfredo sauce. You need one stick of butter, three cups of heavy whipping cream. And I season it with the same seasonings from earlier, plus some smoked paprika for color and some crushed red peppers for a little kick. Now, once you see the sauce start to boil, you’re going to add your Parmesan cheese. I added it to my veggies. I promise you, it looks like a lot of work, but the last few steps are a complete game changer. To a skillet, you’re going to add some butter, your pasta, the Alfredo le and mozzarella cheese. When the pasta starts to fight back and the cheese pull is to your liking, you’re going to add it to a dish and repeat that process until you fill it up. Then you’re going to finish it off with your chicken and the remaining sauce. It’s top tier one of the best Alfredo I’ve made this year. And I’m currently on dirty keto, so I enjoyed mine inside of a spaghetti squash, minus the pasta. As bad as I wanted to mess up, I didn’t.

My store was out of the Garlic & Herb butter, so I had to do improvise and make some type of bootleg one lol.. I was cooking with anxiety, worried as ALL HELL my dish wasn't going to come out great. I didn't even have Kinder's .. Usually, I don't miss ingredients but my bf was rushing me smh!! Anywho! I missed about 3 or 4/& little seasonings .. Yes, I started sweating after I realized I didn't have another missing ingredient ):
It smells sooo good & I even added more & more crushed red peppers!!! Red Peppers are literally the truth!!! I LOVE THAT & YES, I LOWKEY OD'D ON THE CRUSHED REDS.
Wasn't a fan of how my chicken tasted (due to missing some things you used)
But the sauce kind of covered that part up!!!

I even added a small hint of alfredo sauce to it (MOUTH WATERING OMG!!!!!!!!) & MORE CRUSHED RED PEPPERS (DUH! Of course… loool)
I think it tastes better cold. I've always been a cold pasta type of chick (Just my 2 cents, nobody asked for)
