I’ve tried neem oil, soil toppers, spraying them off with water. Plants are starting to get destroyed

Google banana peels vs aphids. I just set mine in the soil (although outside) but you can also soak in water and water the plant with it or chop them up and bury them. Many ways to peel a banana. It’s supposed to be a good deterrent, seems to work for me, and even if not and it’s just an old wives’ tale, potassium addition is always good.

Can you soak towels w neem and dawn? Soak them then wrap them around the plants, making sure the undersides also get soaked.
    Have you tried diatomaceous earth?

Take the whole plant out. Dump all soil off and clean roots of all dirt. Bath it with real sudsy dawn. Rinse. Then replant with new soil.

Pyrethrin pesticide sprays. Naturally sourced from flowers, decays in the soil in a reasonable time, LETHAL to anything with an exoskeleton. Use as directed on container.
