Oil… the trick (spices aside) it’s always frying things! I mean, I get it for the flavour, but be careful if you are on caloric deficit diet 😉 Thanks for sharing! It looks delicious 🤤

My mom makes it exactly like this! I learned from her (ofc) but I use more mild seasoning. Love it!
