    -Doubled the recipe and served over white rice. 4 larger portions for my husband, 5 for me. I like adding a handful of shredded lettuce to mine after reheating. Super easy and delicious! I’ve tried both ground turkey and ground beef, and they’re equally amazing.

    -Tripled the recipe and served with bread for dipping/sopping up all that deliciousness. This is SO tasty, a keeper. I recommend using a food processor instead of a mortar and pestle for the thickening mixture (which is delicious as is by the way). I love using gold potatoes in soups and stews. So so good.
