I had boxed Cheetos Jalapeño Mac&Cheese (fleeting opportunity in Poland, that generally do not have any kind of mac&cheese), and realised this is match made in heaven! I tried 3 times so far to make any good Jalapeño Mac&Cheese at home and simply cannot! I will surely try your recipe!!! Thank you!
Would you kindly tell me why your version is orange on the photo when you are using white cheddar and Gruyère? And should I use pickled jalapeño or fresh?
