Located at 217 Bowery, Maison Nur is Nur Khan’s latest iteration of bold hospitality. Following the opening of No. 79 Bar & Terrace and Bar Tetto Rooftop, Khan’s latest may be his greatest yet.

Executive chef Richard Farnabe’s urbane cuisine is focused on seasonal ingredients transformed using precise cooking techniques. His cuisine is complemented by exceptional cocktails by global mixologist extraordinaire Charlotte Voisey, who has over two decades of accomplishments as an icon of the Cocktail Renaissance.

Maison Nur’s opulent interior design by Khan and Jason Volenec sets a romantic vibe with Old World charm and stunning, museum-quality works of art by Damien Hirst, Neil Grayson and even Harif Guzman.
“At Maison Nur, we serve elevated and seasonal French-American cuisine with a menu that is refined yet approachable and unlike any other,” says executive chef Farnabe. “We envision Maison Nur as the kind of place that our guests can visit several times a week and discover dishes that they cannot enjoy elsewhere. It all starts with superb ingredients, including wild caught fish, grass-fedbeef, organic eggs, pure cane sugar, and organic, unbleached flour.”

This chef earned two Michelin stars at Picholine, crafted the world’s most expensive savory soufflé at Petrossian and, after training in France, worked with legends like Jean-Georges and Daniel Boulud.
