OK, so I really enjoyed the ice cream base, but they could’ve gone a little heavier on the gingerbread flavor. The icing swirl is great.
The sugar cookie dough bites were interesting. I’m not sure if I like them or not. I was initially turned off by the fact that they were shiny, which I’m not expecting from cookie dough. I don’t think it was condensation. I think they’re just shiny. I also thought the cookie dough pieces were too hard and almost crunchy. The favor of it is pretty good once it is chewed though.
Overall I’d give this 5/10. Slightly disappointed, but will still devour the whole container by myself. 🤷♀️

I adore gingerbread & various German spice cookies. I would have to try this if I saw it, but it sounds like it’s not as good as it could be. Now I’m thinking about making my own gingerbread ice cream.
