Looks delicious! Do you know if the heavy whipping cream could be substituted out for the lactose intolerant? Maybe coconut milk?
Funny, I just made this on Monday. One of my favorite soups.
This is one of my new favorite soups. The Italian restaurant near me makes it with a few white beans, too. And, they put a dollop od pesto sauce on it which just adds another layer of wonderful flavor. I crave that soup.
Been wanting to make this for a while. Thank you!! Gonna try with either ground turkey or beef
