Now, I’m not really a salad girl, but if I’m going to have one, it’s going to be this Lebanese fetuous salad. And you won’t believe how quickly it comes together. Lots of romaine lettuce, some cucumbers, radish, tomatoes, tons of parsley, a little bit of green onion if you’d like. The star of the show is the crispy pa, and you have to do it at home. But even better, it’s this dressing with pomegranate, molasses, sumac, dried mint, lemon juice. I mean, I could drink this thing on its own if I could. It’s addicting. So fresh and full of flavor.
