Heard it said here before, finally just tried it. But this shit is awesome.
I think carrot might be the secret ingredient. I’ve noticed a few hot sauces that I’ve really enjoyed have carrot. Melinda’s regular ghost pepper hot sauce is really pretty good too

All the Melinda’s sauces are pretty great, I haven’t found one that I haven’t liked yet.
It’s always been my favorite overall balance of heat, taste and price.
