I generally don’t but I’m interested to know what others do. At the end of the day I add in my exercise via my watch and if I’ve done enough it gives me exercise calories. I don’t count them, meaning I stay under my deficit as if I was sedentary but I like to know how well I did when the day is done.

My endocrinologist told me never to count exercise calories so I don’t. I just stick to my calorie deficit (currently 1750 and working down) and that’s what I get. I don’t even track my exercise via anything other than a timer. I try to hit 30 to 40 minutes of brisk walking 5 days a week. I don’t even track steps or heart rate or pace.
For sure. I get way hungrier when I’m playing sports. It’s important to hit higher macros to keep muscles
I look how how many I earned but I don’t eat them
