Washington, D.C.-based José Andrés Group is entering the Nashville market next year. The hospitality group is slated to open Zaytinya at the W Nashville in early 2026, according to a release.

“Nashville has this incredible spirit…the music, the people, the energy,” Andrés said in the release. “Of course people know it as a music city, but more and more I think we can call it an amazing food city, too! There’s a real culinary movement happening here, and we’re so proud to become a part of it.”

Zaytinya offers Mediterranean cuisine with culinary influences from Turkey, Greece and Lebanon, presented within a warm atmosphere. The menu focuses on small plates alongside creative cocktails and Mediterranean wines. Menu offerings include kebabs, seared halloumi, beef soutzoukakia, seared salmon, octopus and spanakopita.

José Andrés Group launched the spot in Washington, D.C. in 2002 and has since expanded to New York City, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and South Beach. The group has 40 restaurant and bar concepts across Chicago, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Miami, New York City, Orlando and Washington D.C, and The Bahamas. The hospitality group also launched José Andrés Media in 2021, producing television series, books, podcasts and digital short- and mid-form content that center around food.

The addition of Zaytinya to W Nashville represents a larger revamp of food and beverage concepts at the 286-room hotel. Current food and beverage offerings include Proof Rooftop Bar, Living Room, Carne Mare Italian Chophouse and Barista Parlor. It is unclear if Zaytinya is taking over any of these spaces.
