Seeds from grocery store are often f1 hybrids. You might get reapers or you might get freaky mutant bell peppers.
Just buy a pack of seeds from a reputable seller.

It’s a shot in the dark what you’ll get. Most farmers plant a variety of peppers, and they can cross pollinate quite easily. If you want reapers, buy seeds. But, if you have the space, grow these out too. Never know what you’ll get. I do this with sweet peppers, like “long sweets” or “lunchbox peppers” all the time. This year I got a yellow/orange variety (from the red seeds I planted) and it was completely seedless and very sweet. I loved it, because you could process it super easily. But because of that, I couldn’t save seeds to regrow it lol

Those are normal size, seeds should be good to go for next year.

Look good to me.
I plant seeds from peppers that I like too – 99% of the time it goes splendid. Especially from a pepper like this, where they haven’t crossed them in a long time you’ll be gtg. Good luck!
