Been on a quest to make an authentic NY style pie. This was attempt 77 and my best one yet. Too much cheese but I had some I needed to get rid of. 16-inches (but probably a little bigger) done on a home oven with a baking steel.

    Obviously, we can’t taste this, but that appears to be about as NY-style-looking a pizza as I’ve ever seen. If it tastes as good as it looks, this is perfect.
