I have an outdoor gas outlet, see picture. However my Weber Portable BBQ accepts only a specific hose to use with Gas Tank. Is there a hose I can use that can connect the Weber to the outdooor gas outlet?

Your grill is not going to work with a natural gas source. Don’t try it, get it out of your head…you would be exposing yourself and property to injury/damage.
Get a grill that is designed for NG or get a bottle of propane for your current grill.
