Let’s make some teriyak salmon bites. All right, you’re going to love these salmon bites. They are fast, easy, absolutely delicious. Those are so damn good. Give these a try. Let me show you how I made them. It really doesn’t get any simpler than this. First, you’re going to slice this thing up and then turn it into cubes. I like, you know, a couple inches by a couple inches or so. And then you get it seasoned up. I’m using Asian Persuasion from Rect. I’m gonna go with some botchons honey. This is our favorite of the botchons. That’s so good. Get that mixed together. I’m gonna add some sesame seeds to this and get those mixed into it as well. You can marinade for a couple hours or grill it right away. I’m going to go ahead and make my sauce now. Mayonnaise, Sriracha, soy sauce, fish sauce, and a little sesame oil. Get that all mixed together. Put it into a squeeze bottle, or at least that’s what I do. Then you’re going to take your salmon, put it onto a wire rack, put into a 400°ree pellet smoker, or you could use your oven. Either way. 15 minutes later, this is what you get. And these are delicious.
