My first ever attempt at making homemade bread. Loaf is a little wonky looking but I think it turned out well!
Decided to try my hand at making bread finally, and I'd heard so much good things about milk bread so I figured why not?

Those are gorgeous!
I grew up with my Mom making milk bread, honestly there is nothing else like it.
It’s not porous like normal bread, it’s dense, flaky and tears apart in strips, and it makes the most amazing toast you will ever have in your life.
It’s also a really big, sticky pain to make the dough, but so worth it.

Dude milk bread is like cheating, that stuff is basically cake disguised as bread lol. Looks perfectly fine to me, “wonky” bread usually tastes the best anyway
