One pan, minimal effort, maximum flavor—family will beg for more!
All right, y’all. Let’s make some creamy chicken over rice. So, you’ll take your chicken breast or chicken tenders. This is chicken tenders. They’re chicken breast. You’ll want to cut them up and just season it up with some olive oil. I’m adding all kinds of different seasonings here. You can add whatever you want. Paprika, onion powder, and then mix it together. And then over a pan, just put some more olive oil. And then cook your chicken until it’s done. It’s probably about 16 minutes total, flipping it halfway through. In another pot, you’re going to cook the rice with some olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and then I’m using a bullion. This is a tomato bullion, and you can use chicken bullion. You can use vegetable bullion, whatever you want. Add two cups of rice. I washed and rinsed that with three cups of water. Bring that to a boil. While that’s boiling, get your chicken out and just start breaking that apart. In that same pan, add some heavy whipping cream and some garlic. Mix that all together. And then stir up your rice once it starts boiling and cover it for 15 minutes. Add your chicken back to the pan and then season it up again. I’m just adding a bunch of seasoning there. And then mix it together. And I did add some Parmesan cheese at the end. This is what your rice should look like. But y’all, this is so good.
