I struggle with “what do I eat” noise all the time. Throwing little plates together like this has been helping with indecision. Plus it’s pretty 🌞 320 calories for this whole plate.

  1. Lovely. Sometimes I do the same, but find that I miss a sense of downing a big meal that I used to have during my pre-counting days.
