100 g of cottage cheese at the bottom, 400 g of spaghetti squash, a serving of meat, beans, and lentil tomato pasta sauce (homemade), a little bit of Parmesan and homemade pickled onions. So delicious! So filling!

    spaghetti squash is underrated. people should just appreciate it for what it is and not expect real pasta. my favorite recipe with it is in a frittata covered with cottage cheese after baking. your plate looks so tempting. thanks for sharing.

    The sauce looks so good! How do you make your spaghetti squash if you don’t mind me asking?? It’s hard to get the texture sometimes.
