The Golden Bird Group has opened Mezcla, a refined new French-Peruvian restaurant located inside Capisco in the heart of Old Montreal. Led by executive chef Marcel Olivier Larrea, alongside David Dumay and David Schmidt, Mezcla offers an elevated and intimate dining experience that celebrates culinary creativity.

The tasting menu, complemented by an exclusive cocktail program crafted by Joseph David, combines French techniques with Peruvian flavors in bold and unexpected ways. Signature dishes include razor clam and melon ceviche, reimagined papa rellena, and alpaca al carbón.
