Oreo cheesecake bowl – recipe below!

Ingredients
* 3 cups plain Greek yogurt
* 40g cookies and cream protein powder
* 3/4 pack SF cheesecake instant pudding mix
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 4 tsp magic shell
* 20 mini oreo cookies

Instructions
1. Into a small bowl mix yogurt, cheesecake powder, protein, and vanilla extract VERY well. Make sure cheesecake powder and protein are fully combined with absolutely no clumps
2. Add magic shell on top with some crumbled mini Oreos, split into 3-4 meal preps, and refrigerate

This is not a cheat meal. This is my meal prep for the week. It has 100 gram of protein for the bowl. It is so easy to make and it is delicious. Y’all have been absolutely loving these cheesecake bowls, but one thing y’all are getting confused about is the cheesecake powder. It is instant Jell-O mix.   1. Me: 140 grams of protein from 2 pounds of yoghurt and 90 grams of protein powder? I just plop it in a bowl and its ready and easy to clean? I can eat it fast? The protein powder gives it unlimited flavor combos?
    Pessimist: yea but oreos are cancerous as is that artificial sugar. If you want a preworkout meal just have a glass of cane sugar and 3 tablespoons of dry scooped caffeine☠️☠️
