In 35 minutes, you could have these flavor-packed, tender Greek chicken meatballs with tziki sauce on your table for dinner. We infuse them with flavors of garlic, oregano, and dill. And they can easily be made dairyf free and gluten-free. The meatball mixture comes together super quick. Just be sure to oil up your hands for easy rolling. We cook them here on the stove top, but we’ve also got directions for how to bake them or use the air fryer if you’re in a pinch. I usually serve them with a Greek salad complete with olives, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, onion, and some Italian dressing. But the serving options are truly endless. Lemon orzo would be fantastic with this meal, and it’s super easy. Just make sure to serve it with some taziki sauce. It’s creamy, cool, and the perfect finishing touch for these little guys. I cannot wait for you guys to try this one. It’s so good, and it’s a blog favorite for a reason. Enjoy.
