I’ve got a 330 gal offset, a UDS, and a PitBoss but my Weber Kettle might be my favorite thing to smoke on.

It is mine. My best ribs have come from a kettle.

Prefer that over the 330 gallon offset? I’m genuinely surprised by that. But hey, there’s room for all kinds of cookers in bbq.

GOAT.
Ive used my kettle EXCLUSIVELY for my entire adult life: smoking, grilling, BBQ, rotisserie. The thing is the most capable, exceptional and TOUGH piece of cooking gear Ive ever owned.

Snake method is so easy and effective on the kettle, I’m thinking about going back to it for some stuff instead of using my Masterbuilt Gravity for everything

Idk man I run a kettle but have been thinking about a Weber Smokey mountain drum to have some more space between the coals. Even running snake method is a little too close for comfort sometimes, especially for brisket.

Nice! My offset is 330 gal as well you don’t see them that often.

Nothing better than my kettle. I can thank the pellet smokers for getting me into smoking and grilling but its been collecting dust for 9 months now. I really need to sell that thing
