Just kidding they were great! Nothing too special here, tiniest teriyaki drizzle while they rested before cooking and a little steak rub. I’m no artist. Hot and fast on gas

    look great, my suggestion, immediately after they come off the grill put a lump of butter on em, once the butter has melted drizzle some soya over. Takes em to the next level.

    I learned a lesson this week, that you have to bring your steak down to room temp, and season it. Tasted good, but was too tough. Trying to cook a cold steak is a bad idea.
