This Chicken Parm Stays Crispy. Always. 🍝🔥
Tired of soggy chicken parm? Same. This version hits different — crispy outside, cheesy and saucy inside. Simple, stupid good. For the air fry haters, I’m ready for war. 😂🫡 For the Prego haters, sqaure up.

Here’s how I do it:
• Butterfly a chicken breast, pound it thin.
• Batter: 2 whisked eggs.
• Crust: Italian breadcrumbs, salt, Parmesan.
• Double bread that bird for maximum crunch.
• Air fry 400° for 12 minutes (or bake — just watch it).
• Throw ¾ jar marinara topped with shredded mozz, extra Parm, and Italian seasoning.
• Bake sauce + cheese at 400° for 10 minutes.
• Pour over your crispy chicken and prepare to ascend.

If you like chicken parm, but also like having fun while cooking, you should strongly consider making your chicken parm this way. If this cheese pore doesn’t make you feel things, maybe it’s time to check yourself in. Butterfly your chicken breast, drink a six-pack amount, and do code red and then just beat your meat till it’s nice and flat. Put your chicken in some eggs and then dip it in your breadcrumb mixture, which is just parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, and some seasonings. The goal is to not be able to see any of the chicken. This is going to piss some people off, but we’re going to air fry the chicken on 400 for 12 minutes. This is also going to piss some people off, but I don’t care. We threw some Puego on a baking dish, added some mozzarella and some parmesan. You can always make your own marinara. It’s super easy, but I was poor when I filmed this, so I use Prago. Throw that in the oven on 400 for 10 minutes. This method will help your chicken stay nice and crispy. Also, it’s incredibly satisfying pouring the cheese off the pan like that.
