Ha! I only ever saw this brand at this random privately owned gas station in the middle of upstate ny.

Man I love Hershys ice cream. Their peanut butter chocolate pie is amazing. My favorite is Grahm Central Station. Although I’m not sure they come in tubs; I’ve only had the hand dipped cones. Their website shows what flavors are available in different forms (pints, tubs, hand dipped).

I just discovered this last night and contemplated making a post about it!
Great ice cream. You have to like the taste of “banana” of course, but I didn’t find this as strong as the classic runts banana flavor. Good marshmallow and cookie mix ins too.
For what it’s worth, I was surprised to see the container total calories at like 660kcal. That’s half of a Ben and Jerry’s!
I also got mine from a gas station haha.

I don’t know how they get away with the font even being so similar to the Hersheys Chocolate font. It was an epic lawsuit last century and I dont know why Hersheys chocolate settled. I get that they got an acknowledgement on the package that they aren’t affiliated but I take it Hersheys didnt have great lawyers in the early 1900s, which is amazing for a company of it’s size. It was a huge company even back then reading the legal briefs now. And what’s crazy is that ostensibly all the facts supported Hersheys chocolate, they had the logo earlier, the ice cream came 10 years later and seemed purposely to try and crib the brand reputation, and yet they settled. Need to read more. What is interesting is that in 100 years the ice cream company never updated their logo, few companies ever didnt. Seems like a clear acknowledgement that they know a part of their appeal is mistaken ID.

Hershey’s has my favorite plain vanilla. It’s nostalgic. Tastes like my childhood memories of Dairy Queen.
