    These look great! I was very curious about how you made pineapples work in a dough, and was just a little bit disappointed when I saw that no pineapples were harmed during the process.

    The one time I tried to incorporate pineapples in my bread dough, it turned into a slimy batter. Probably because the enzymes in pineapple destroyed the gluten.
