Garlic Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower (PSMF)
Ingredients:
1. 2 Cups (214 g) Cauliflower Florets
2. 2 T Noble Made Garlic Parmesan Wing Sauce
3. Salt, Pepper

Directions:
1. Place cauliflower on a baking pan/dish and either Air Fry at 400 for 15-20 minutes or Bake at 425 for 20-25 minutes
2. Remove and then toss with the Wing Sauce coating well
3. Serve as a side dish

Hey everyone, it’s Michelle here with Losing It on Keto. And in this video, uh it’s going to be a relatively quick one uh because I’m going to make a a vegetable side dish. I’m planning to have a bone in chicken breast. Uh and to accompany it, I’m going to have uh cauliflower, roasted cauliflower. But what’s interesting about this side dish and the recipe is I had have had this product for quite some time. But I had it with all my salad dressings and I thought, well, the salad dressings are too high in fat for PSMF. And this was I p purchased these salad dressings when I was contemplating doing um some something that came through my feed called Eat Like a Bear, which was basically these giant salads and such. So anyways, I remember shopping for various salad dressings. Well, I had picked this up along the way. Ultimately, of course, I decided to go back to PSMF, but uh but I had picked up this product and um and recently a video uh um a recipe popped up my um in my feed that was for a parmesan crusted uh chicken that is supposed to be I guess a Longhorn steakhouse has such a recipe and this is supposed to be a a copycat version of that. And um this recipe rather than making a homemade like garlic parmesan sauce or whatever used Buffalo Wild Wings uh Parmesan uh garlic or dressing or sauce or whatever. But then I noticed that I had this product Noble made, which is a par garlic parmesan wing sauce. And I don’t know why I didn’t notice this before. The camera’s probably not going to pick that up. This up here, but the macros on this are incredible to the point where I didn’t believe it. And I did further research to make sure what I’m reading is correct. And that is that in a tablespoon of this, it’s only 2 g of fat because we know dressings have have more than that. So I was surprised by that. And the ingredients are fantastic. So the ingredients is water, avocado oil, garlic powder, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, um, and then it says 2% less of tapioca starch, distilled vinegar, pineapple juice concentrate, whey protein concentrate, onion powder, lemon juice concentrate, spices, and zanthan gum. And these macros are for that one tablespoon 20 uh for that yeah one tablespoon 25 calories 2 gram of fat one carb and less than one gram of protein. So, I am really excited to give this product a try and if this works out, uh I already mentioned I’m planning on um so I’ve come up with a PM PSMF version of the crusted uh garlic chicken, parmesan chicken. So, that’ll be I’ll be doing that soon and releasing a video on that. But uh and and that if this works out, I can think of all different ways to to make use of this product. And I wound up ordering some of the other Noblemade products. So, this is a brand, like I said, I purchased and then didn’t even realize the potential implications. Uh so, we’ll see. I’m I’m anticipating it it working well. I’ve heard uh very very very good um I’ve read very good reviews. So what I am doing is I’m going to roast this cauliflower. So I’ve cleaned it. It’s all prepared. So I’m going to air fry it or you could bake it. So I am going to air fry for uh at 400 for 15 to 20 minutes. Okay, as my first step, or you could bake it at 425 for 20 to 25 minutes. So, I’m going to throw this in. I don’t have any oil on this. Um, so this is just, in fact, I probably should spritz this. So, I’m going to use my Wagu beef tallow just to spritz a little bit. Um, and I don’t know, maybe I should add some salt. I I was hesitant to do so because of this product here, but I guess I’ll go ahead and do that. All right, I’m going to pop this in. Like I said, I’m going to air fry this and then you can bake it. But I’ll come back in the next segment and the next step will be to uh toss this in this sauce here. So, I’m really anxious to see how this how this works out. So, I’ll be back in the next segment and we’ll make that determination. Okay, the cauliflower is done roasting. I’ve taken it out. It’s cooling here. So, let’s get to the next step. So, I’m going to put my the uh dish, the bowl that I’m planning to toss this in here on the scale. I felt using a scale was going to be easier for me rather than trying to measure um tablespoons of this. So, one tablespoon is 14 g. So, I’m looking for 28 g cuz I’m using two tablespoons. And you see it pours, you know, unlike the new recipe with Primal Kitchens. Um, uh, like the chicken Caesar one or Caesar I should say. I don’t know. They added, they changed the recipe and it’s just impossible to uh to get that out of the jar. You always need a knife to get that out. That comes out nicely. And it’s per my expectations, which is I assume for the macros with the with the fat grams that it had to be a lot of water. Uh but anyways, we’ve got our 28 g, which is 2 tablespoons. And that’s what it looks like. Okay. And now what I’m going to do is just I’m gonna scoop up the cauliflower and I’m gonna toss it in this in this dressing. I’m going to get a food glove here so I don’t make a mess. and get this out of the way. And like I said, I’m just going to toss this because I was putting in the sauce. That’s why I didn’t worry about um putting too much um you know oil or whatever tallow on it cuz I was expecting the flavor to come from the the wing sauce. Okay, so this is tossed pretty well. So let’s let’s give it a try. I’m anxious to I’m anxious to see how this how this is comes out. It certainly looked good. It It was a little thicker than I was expecting it to be to be honest with you. And just to be on the safe, let me never have enough salt. Okay. Here we go. You guys, that’s excellent. I had read it is very garlicky and it is. So that’s why I didn’t, you know, normally I would have put garlic powder if I was just roasting um cauliflower, but that’s why I didn’t do that. You guys, this is a huge win to find this product. I can’t wait to try all my uh recipe ideas starting with the um Parmesan crusted uh poultry. Anyways guys, there it is. So for me, I had a turkey and cheese melt earlier. used up a chunk of my fat uh m uh grams for the day. So, hence I went with just two tablespoons.
