
Last night's dinner. Cubed chicken breast marinated with a jar of Thai peanut sauce, skewered with vegetables and grilled at 400 degrees for about 40 minutes. Served with sautéed mix vegetables.

So what do you think of that skewer rotisserie? I’m a huge fan of skewer dishes and I recently bought that and used it. I was definitely left with mixed feelings. I thought the skewers were too wide, and I didn’t get even browning. I’m torn between “try harder” and “use only for certain cooks”.
