Freezing overnight temperatures are imminent, so this is probably my final haul of the season. Hope everyone had fun in your gardens this year!

Beautiful! We had our first freeze a few weeks ago I went out at 10:30pm with a flashlight harvesting all the tomatoes that were about to get frost! Funnily enough I ended up freezing most of them anyways to be used throughout the winter for various dishes 🙂
The last harvest of the season is sort of bittersweet and satisfying at the same time! The garden is ready for winter, the hard work is over, yet we gardeners always kind of miss it as well! Time to start dreaming about next year’s season…gardeners and farmers live in “Next Year Country”

Well done!
Those small squash, like the ones in your picture, taste real good, at least I think so. Maybe even better than when they are full size. Sometimes they fetch a premium price at fancy stores or gourmet restaurants. Marketed as “baby squash.”
