This easy recipe is healthy, quick, and perfect for any day of the week!
You’ll need just a few ingredients — fresh salmon, asparagus, olive oil, and lemon.

Ingredients:
Main:
Salmon — 200 g
Fresh asparagus — 200 g
Olive oil — 1 tablespoon
Salt, Black pepper — to taste
Sauce:
Plain natural yogurt — 3–4 tablespoons
Garlic — 1 clove
Fresh herbs: Parsley, Dill, Cilantro

Welcome to my channel. Today we’re going to make a very easy and tasty dish that you can easily recreate. Take some parchment paper and place a piece of salmon on it — about 200 grams per serving. Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground pepper. Drizzle with a little olive oil. Place it on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 180°C / 356°F. While the salmon is baking, let’s prepare the asparagus. Trim the tough ends and peel off the hard outer layer with a knife or vegetable peeler. Take the salmon out of the oven and place the asparagus next to it. Drizzle a little olive oil over the asparagus. Bake again for 5–7 more minutes. Now let’s make the sauce. Finely chop some fresh parsley and dill. Put the herbs in a bowl and press in one clove of garlic. Add salt, pepper, and plain yogurt. Mix everything well — the sauce is ready! Place the cooked salmon and asparagus on a plate and serve with the sauce. Enjoy your meal!
