Is The Best Carne Asada in the World in Hermosillo?

As a guy who grew up in LA eating lots of carne asada, I figured I had it pretty good. But Hermosillo totally blew me away and changed what I thought about it. Here’s the video we made about the trip. Such an incredible experience. This is how I make it at home now.
