I tried this recipe last summer, in Italy, when I visited some relatives. They used only pasta, basil, olives, tuna, tomatoes and mozzarella. But I use what I have on hand.
Recipe:
▪️450g pasta
▪️65g green olives
▪️350g canned tuna
▪️55g grated carrot
▪️310g tomatoes
▪️15ml olive oil
▪️5g mustard
▪️Dried oregano/ basil, salt & pepper
- Boil the pasta, following the instructions written on the package.
- In a big bowl add the olive oil, mustard, salt, oregano/ basil and pepper. Wisk them together to create a more liquid dressing.
- Drain the pasta and add them into the bowl together with the dressing.
- Add the tuna, green olives, carrot and tomatoes.
- Chill in the fridge for 20-30min and serve cold.
