What would you rate it? It’s definitely a smaller piece but the marbling looks better than the prime NY strips I saw for $20+

    Personally, that looks like a thinner steak, which I try to avoid.

    That said, it’s a nice deal if you aren’t always looking for a thick one.

  8. For what it’s worth, at minimum, Certified Angus Beef is USDA choice, upper 2/3rds.
    This marbling looks consistent with that specification.
