Made some really nice cinnamon rolls that im really proud of. Each one (with my ingredients) is 133 calories)

Dough Recipe:
260g flour
Packet of Instant yeast (7g)
120g almond milk
10g sugar free pancake syrup
50g non fat greek yogurt

Filling Recipe:
1/4 cup sweetner
Cinnamon to your desire
3tbsp Sugar free pancake syrup

Steps:
1) Mix flour and yeast, mix together
2) Mix almond milk, syrup, yogurt, and extract and put in microwave to make warm
3) Slowly Mix wet to dry and knead for 15 min until it passes Window pane test
4) Let rise and covered until doubled
5) Roll into rectangle and put in mixed Filling ingredients evenly
6) Roll up and cut into 8-9 rolls and set in baking pan
7) Cover and let rise until doubled or as big as you want
8) Drizzle sweetner and almond milk inside pan and bake for 40 to 50 minutes on 350°F with foil covering it
9) Take out and let cool and add whatever frosting! ( I made mine with greek yougurt, powder sweetner, cake batter extract, and powdered pudding mix)
