This is the other steak from the pack. One more day of salt and then straight to the oven. I added some more GSP the blend seasoning, and tried to focus on a better sear. I know seasons burn so I ignored that part but again it looks perfect to eat inside and darker crust.

    Put some pressure (like another pan) over the steak when searing and I think you’ll like the crust even more!
